While Raymond Insurance has an internal IT coordinator, Computrek provides additional assistance to resolve IT issues in a timely manner. “In January, one of my main servers had some serious issues and went right down, they were able to drop everything and send somebody over, between the two of us, we got it back up and running in a short amount of time.” said Michael McKeever, IT coordinator at Raymond Insurance.

Computrek also assists non-technical staff at Raymond Insurance. Michael explained: “we had an issue with one of our main servers going down and they were able to work with my boss, who isn’t as technical as I am, and reroute everything then build up a backup server in the remote location, then restore the crashed server from the backups. They have the ability to work with technical people as well as non-technical people to get issues resolved.”

In addition, Raymond Insurance takes advantage of Computrek’s remote server monitoring to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible. When an issue occurs, Computrek handles the issue immediately to prevent downtime.
